Bed and Breakfasts.B&B Yarra Valley Australia A B&B is where you rent a room in an Australian home. Accomodation includes breakfast. Caravan Parks. accomodation set aside for tents, caravans and small cabins, often located in prime (waterfront) locations.
Cottages. A cottage is a small house usually of older style.
Farm Stays. Farmstays are holidays where you rent a room on a farm
Guest Houses. Similar to Bed & Breakfast above.
Holiday Villas. A villa is a European term for a house.
Hotels. A hotel is usually a building where guest can obtain rental accommodation as well as alcoholic refreshments.
Hostels & Boarding Houses . These are popular with Backpackers at the budget end of the market and normally offer dormitory or shared room facilities.
Holiday Houses . Self Contained holiday accommodation, usually a fully furnished house
Inns, (pubs,hotels). An Inn is another word for a small Hotel.
